INGREDIENTS
- Maagi - 200 gms packet
- Onion - 2
- Carrot -1
- Capsicum - 1
- Beans - few
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Oil - 2 tbl spn
- Lemon - 1/2
- Coriander -fresh chopped
METHOD
Chop all the vegetables, keep aside.
In a vessel take oil add cumin seeds when they splutter.
Add the chopped vegetables.
And closing the lid allow them to be done and add the water as per the maagi packet instructions.
Add the masala given for magi and when water starts boiling add the noodles, allow to be done in medium flame.
Serve hot with lemon squeezed on the top!
