INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes (peeled) - 3
- Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Tamarind chutney
- Lemon juice -1 tsp, Oil for frying
- Chopped Coriander leaves and onion for garnish.
METHOD
Cut potatoes into a large pieces.Heat Oil in a pan and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown and cooked through.
In a bowl, place the fried potatoes and toss with red chili powder,cumin powder, chaat masala.
Add lemon juice, tamarind chutney according to taste and toss to coat evenly.
