PANEER SNACK


INGREDIENTS
  • Hard Paneer  - 225 gms
  • Plain flour ( maida ) - 1/2 tea cup
  • Salt - 1 tspn
  • Chili Powder -  1 tspn
  • Amchur Powder - 1 tspn
  • Ajwain - 1/2 tspn
  • Oil for frying
METHOD

Cut the paneer into small cubes. Mix the plain flour and 1/2 tsp salt in 1 teacup of water.

Mix the chili powder, amchur powder, 1/2 tsp salt and ajwain.Dip the paneer pieces into the batter. Deep fry the paneer pieces in oil.

Roll them into the prepared masala mixture. Put on tooth picks and serve hot.

NOTES

Instead of paneer, use potatoes. Boil the potatoes, cut into cubes and deep fry in ghee. Roll into the masala mixture and serve on toothpicks.
