SIMPLE PANEER TIKKA


INGREDIENTS

  • Plain curds -yogurt - 250 gms
  • Paneer - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste - tbl spn
  • Lemon- 1
  • Onion chopped- 1
  • Black peeper-1 tspn
  • Chaat masala- 1 tspn
  • Tandoori masala -2 tspn
  • Oil 
  • Salt to taste


METHOD

Slice the paneer into cubes of 2-3 cm size.

Mix all ingredients (yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, black pepper, chaat masala, tandoori masala).

Cover the sliced paneers with this mixture and leave it for 30 minutes.

Pre heat the oven 300 F and bake the paneer for 10 minutes. 

Alternativels, you can also use grill for cooking paneer tikka.

Serve paneer tikka with onion rings and lemon juice over it.you can deep fry them if do not have an oven.
