INGREDIENTS
- Sprouted green gram or any other sprouts -2 cups
- Green chillies-5
- Coriander seeds powder -2 tspn
- Cumin seeds powder-1 tspn
- Salt to taste
- Coriander chopped-2 tbl spn
- Oil for patting and roasting
- Gram flour - 2 tbl spn
METHOD
Boil the sprouts and drain the water completely,
run in the mixie with green chillies to coarse tight paste with out adding water,
remove in a bowl add the other ingredients and mix well,
the mixture should be suitable to pat them into round cutlets.
shape out round cutlets and roast on hot tawa adding oil for frying,
roast till golden brown both the sides and serve hot with desired chutney or sauce.
VARIATION
You can add finely chopped onions to the mixture and try the cutlets, You can roast them in a oven.
