INGREDIENTS
Bengal Gram Flour - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Soda Powder - 2 pinches
METHOD
Mix all the flours, butter, salt, soda powder, mix the dough using water to thick dough to thick dough and knead for 5 - 10 minutes and fill in the chakli maker machine and prepare chakli's and deep fry them in hot oil in low flame and remove them over paper to absorb excess oil.
