MASALA BREAD


INGREDIENTS

Coconut - 6 tspn

Poppy Seeds 1 tbl spn

Garlic - 3 cloves

Red chillies -4

Onion - 1/2 chopped

Coriander leaves - 2 tbl spn

Coriander Seeds - 2 tspn

Roasted gram - 2 tspn

Turmeric - 1/2 tspn

Salt to taste

Ghee for frying

Bread - 6-8 Slices

METHOD

Grind first 10 ingredients into a fine paste, adding very little water. 

Smear on both sides of the bread slices. 

Shallow fry in a little ghee until brown. Serve with coconut chutney.

Roast on a tawa adding little ghee till golden brown both the sides and serve with coconut chutney.
