PANEER CAPSICUM STARTER

INGREDIENTS
  • Cottage cheese (paneer) cubed - 400 gms
  • Capsicum chopped fine - 50 gms
  • Curd - 200 gms
  • Salt - 2 tspn
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tbl spn
  • Coriander leaves chopped fine - 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves chopped fine - 15 gms
  • Garlic, chopped fine - 6 flakes
  • Salt to taste
FOR THE GARNISHING

Red cabbage, shredded - 100 gms

Sliced - 1 lemon

HOW TO MAKE PANEER WITH CAPSICUM

Grind into a rough paste, chopped capsicum, curd, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together. 

Cut the paneer pieces into cubes and marinate them in the mixture for 2 hours.

Put these pieces on skewer and grill them till soft and done.Serve with lemon slices and shredded red cabbage.
