INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes - 4
- Onions - 2
- Tomatoes - 2
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Salt to taste
- Fine Sev - 1/4 kg
- Dry Coconut - 3 table spoon
- Green Peas - 1/4 cup
- Masala Powder - 1 table spoon
- Sugar - 1 table spoon
- Lemon - 1
METHOD
- Boil potatoes and green peas in the cooker and smash potatoes not to fine paste but little small pieces size.
- In a vessel take 3 table spoon of oil.
- Add onions and ginger garlic paste to it fry for 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes when they turn soft add masala, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and lemon and fry for a while add 2 cups of water boil.
- Adding peas and smashed potato pieces boil well till it thickens.
SERVING METHOD:
In a plate take 2 laddle's full of bhaji and put fine sev over it all around and finely chopped onions, coriander and serve hot.
