SEV BHAJI


INGREDIENTS
  • Potatoes - 4
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Salt to taste
  • Fine Sev - 1/4 kg
  • Dry Coconut - 3 table spoon
  • Green Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Masala Powder - 1 table spoon
  • Sugar - 1 table spoon
  • Lemon - 1

METHOD
  • Boil potatoes and green peas in the cooker and smash potatoes not to fine paste but little small pieces size.
  • In a vessel take 3 table spoon of oil.
  • Add onions and ginger garlic paste to it fry for 3 minutes. 
  • Add tomatoes when they turn soft add masala, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and lemon and fry for a while add 2 cups of water boil.
  • Adding peas and smashed potato pieces boil well till it thickens.

SERVING METHOD:

In a plate take 2 laddle's full of bhaji and put fine sev over it all around and finely chopped onions, coriander and serve hot.
